The studio behind Synapse and Ghostbusters: Rise of the Ghost Lord studio has been purchased for a price of $110 million.

It's also been claimed that the game will feature a darker and more violent tone than past Insomniac titles.
The mode, called No Return, is confirmed to feature multiple unlockable characters, including some who have never been playable in past titles.
Journalist Jez Corden has claimed that Microsoft has an announcement planned for the upcoming showcase.
Both titles – currently unannounced – have been mentioned on a former Gearbox Entertainment employee's LinkedIn page.
The first-person puzzle title is available now on Xbox Series X/S, PS5 and PC, with 12 regions and over 100 puzzles to solve.
The Steam Awards also goes live on the same date and features 11 categories to vote in, including Best Game on Steam Deck.
Development on Neil Druckmann's new title is reportedly "full steam ahead", and the remaster doesn't take away from its progress.
