Code Vein

Bandai Namco’s demo for Code Vein will receive an update later today on Xbox One and PS4. It adds a new stage, “Town of Sacrifice” which boasts higher difficulty, and co-op. Of course, one of the bigger appeals is that you’ll be able to export your custom character into the full game when it releases as well.

Code Vein takes place in a post-apocalyptic future where vampire-like beings rule. You’re one of those beings but have spotty memories and must navigate the landscape to survive along with the mysterious Io. Other companions will join the fight though and they’ll each have their own Blood Veils and weapons.

Releasing on September 27th, Code Vein will also be coming to PC as well Xbox One and PC. Head here to check some gameplay featuring one of the admittedly cool-looking bosses, the Successor of the Claw. For more information on the game in general, head here.
