Compulsion Games’ Contrast has received some new screenshots, which sees Didi, a young girl hoping to find her parents, and Dawn, her imaginary friend who can take to the shadows and cross obstacles that Didi would have problems with. The screenshots showcase the film-noir atmosphere and 1920’s backdrop rather well.
With Dawn, you’ll be working to manipulate light sources and using her shadow to push across the shadow world. Of course, one of the bigger highlights is the jazz soundtrack intermixed with burlesque that lends an even more authentic air to the game.
PC players can currently pre-purchase the Collector’s Edition of Contrast on Steam and receive a 25 percent on Steam along with bonuses such as the OST and a special Programme that showcases 52 pages of artwork. It will be releasing on November 15th on PC, Xbox 360 and on the PlayStation 4 in North America. It will also release on November 19th in North America and November 20th in Europe for the PS3, with a PS4 European release set for November 29th.
