The hype train has picked up consider speed over the last couple of week with Remedy Entertainment’s upcoming Control. They’ve been putting up new teaser trailers at a steady clip, with each being less than a minute long and talking briefly about various aspects of the game, offering teasing looks at the game’s weapons and abilities, its combat, and its primary antagonistic force in the Hiss.

Now, we’ve got another one of those trailers, which hints at some very interesting plot points that are clearly going to be at the core of the game’s narrative. Jesse’s mysterious past and how she got her supernatural abilities, the purpose of the FBC (or the Federal Bureau of Control) and what secrets are hiding, and the origins of the Hiss are all things mentioned in the video, and I imagine these are all things that the game will be spending a lot of time on as well. Take a look below.

Control is out on August 27 for the PS4, Xbox One, and PC. Thankfully, unlike many games these days, its file size is a pretty reasonable one at less than 35 GB.
