Control, the newest game from Remedy Entertainment, is here. The game is a reality bending shooter that tells its story and lore in a very unique way. The game launched on most of the major platforms, and for those playing on PC you’re probably thinking of one thing (or, well, two depending on how strong your feelings are on the whole Epic Games Store issue), and that’s whether the game will use Denuvo. Well, PC players can breath a sigh of relief.

Due to review codes being sent out for the game on PC (and you can check out our review through here), we know there is no Denuvo tech present. The technology has often been a controversial one, and some would argue pretty useless considering how quickly its often cracked. Either way, those disappointed the game will lack HDR at launch can at least be happy they don’t have to deal with that, unless Remedy pulls a swerve and patch it in.

Control is available now for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC.
