17. Rumours of Microsoft hosting its own reveal event before E3 began circulating
Rumors were flying all over the internet that Microsoft were going to host its own event before the all important E3 2013. This was of course to gain more traction and coverage about its next gen system. Sony had already made its mark with its superb showing back in February. Several analysts were sure that the reveal for the next Xbox is destined to happen and that too very soon.
