60. Revealed that Sony hid launch date for PS4 within Naughty Dog’s The Last of Us.
It came to the attention of many fans that the launch date for the PS4 was hidden Naughty Dog’s Last of Us (you can check out the same screenshot above). That news made fans’ heads spin and for good reason. After all, this was probably implemented at a time when The Last of Us was still very much in development, and by then, Sony had just begun to tease the console. Even during E3 2013, which is around the time The Last of Us, many of ignorantly followed rumours of the PS4’s release date when in fact, it been right in front of us the whole time. For those who could actually decipher those numbers, bravo.
