7. In one of the private developer sessions, Cerny was told that the PS4 will be dead if it lacked 8GB of RAM.
Sometimes when you sense that something is not right, you just have to speak up and that can change the entire course of history. In one meeting, a developer said ‘if PS4 doesn’t have 8GB of RAM then it’s dead’. The company took that remark quite seriously and the rest is history.
