71. Sony holds back inventory to ensure Day One availability of PS4.
Sony is taking great lengths to make sure that everyone will be able to purchase a PS4 on the day it launches. This especially includes those who haven’t pre-ordered the console. It revealed that it was holding back a certain amount of inventory from its stock to make sure no one leaves the store disappointed come launch day. Does that mean you won’t have to show up early and line up till midnight to get your hands on a console? Ha! Sure it does.
