90. Microsoft reveals new Terms of Use agreement, privacy concerns re-emerge.
Microsoft revealed new Terms of Use agreement for the Xbox Oen and of course it turns out that privacy concerns surface once again. The factors in personal data that will be shared across Xbox apps and services. This is a bit different from Kinect capturing your personal info – it’s more like a cross-referencing and security measure when linking apps like Netflix to your account. It will remain to be seen how Microsoft handles the personal information it will be receiving but at the very least, they’re making an attempt to not be seen as having unlimited access to your life.
