Cyberpunk 2077_V

CD Projekt RED unveiled Patch 1.6 for Cyberpunk 2077 in its recent episode of Night City Wire. Based on the upcoming Cyberpunk: Edgerunners, it adds Martinez’s jacket and a new weapon based on the anime. Though V won’t meet with the anime’s protagonist, you can still expect some Easter eggs.

New features added with the patch include a new Xbox Series S Mode, transmog for selecting one’s outfit without affecting their overall gear, and new cosmetic options (including hairstyles). Ripper Docs can also re-sculpt one’s face and body at any time. There’s also the first in-game arcade title, Roach Race, based on The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt’s lovable steed.

Here’s the bad news – Patch 1.6 is the last major update for Xbox One and PS4. While CD Projekt RED will still release smaller updates for bugs and whatnot, all future patches are only coming to Xbox Series X/S, PS5, PC and Google Stadia. Stay tuned for more details on today’s patch, including in-depth patch notes.
