Dead Island: Riptide is an upcoming open world action role-playing video game developed by Techland and published by Deep Silver, set for release in April 2013 for Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and Microsoft Windows. Although described as a spin-off, the game’s story picks up right after where Dead Island left off, as the four survivors find themselves on the island of Palanai in the Banoi archipelago, when it has been overrun by zombies.
