Death Stranding Might Receive A New Trailer At The Game Awards – Report

Should we be getting ready to be confused by a new Death Stranding trailer yet again?

The Game Awards are almost here, and as always, they’re going to come with plenty of new announcements, as well as new updates for games that have already been announced. We already know most major publishers are going to be at the ceremony in some form or another, and that among those people is going to be Hideo Kojima– and that might just be to show off a new trailer for Death Stranding.

Ludvig Forssell, the composer and audio director over at Kojima Productions, recently put up an update on Twitter saying that film director Shinya Tsukamoto recently took a look at a trailer that he’s been working on, while Tsukamoto himself replied shortly aftwerword, saying, “Kojima-san’s new work is really exciting!”

Of course, it wouldn’t really be much of a surprise if a new Death Stranding trailer is shown off at The Game Awards. The long-standing friendship between Kojima and TGA host Geoff Keighley is well known to everyone, and new trailers for the game have been shown off at The Game Awards events twice already.

We’ll find out for ourselves soon enough. The Game Awards 2018 are scheduled to be held on December 6.
