Destiny 2: Lightfall Developer Video Focuses on The Witness and Calus

Continuing its series of Developer Insights videos for Destiny 2: Lightfall, Bungie’s latest focuses on The Witness and his new disciple, Calus. The former is the long-standing antagonist of the series, pursuing the Traveler and finally catching up in the Solar System. Unfortunately, it also has the Black Fleet at its command, causing widespread mayhem.

Why The Witness targets Neomuna on Neptune is unknown, but it seems the Cloud Striders, who lived through their Golden Age, present a threat. He dispatches Calus and his Shadow Legion to subdue, with the former taking on a new appearance. Fun fact: The status of Calus adorning the Typhon Imperator’s front follows players with its eyes.
