Destiny 2 - The Final Shape_03

Alongside new details for the Exotic class items coming in Destiny 2: The Final Shape, Bungie released some new gameplay footage for each Prismatic subclass. They’re collectively three minutes long but provide a look at the potential play styles for Warlocks, Titans and Hunters. Check them out below.

Prismatic is a new addition to the expansion, allowing players to combine the power of Light and Darkness. You can mix different class perks and even gain a new Super, Transcendence, which causes your grenade to have all of the effects – Radiant, Devour, Jolt and more – while it’s active. Prismatic is also the only way to use the new Exotic class items, providing more potential for build-crafting.

Interestingly, a new Strike is visible throughout all three videos, with players traipsing through the Forgotten City and surviving hordes of enemies at one point. The boss fight seemingly involves activating Ahamkara skulls with Taken energy and battling a Dread Subjugator – Mhakt, Subjugator of the Forgotten.

Launching on June 4th, Destiny 2: The Final Shape will be available for Xbox Series X/S, Xbox One, PS4, PS5 and PC. Check out some more Prismatic subclass gameplay here.
