Destiny Pyramids

As is usually the case for the Destiny franchise, it’s about time for Bungie to hype up a new expansion. While the developer hasn’t explicitly stated that one is coming, you can still watch the “next chapter” reveal at 9 AM PDT. Check out the YouTube link below for when it officially goes live.

Bungie has thus far released several teasers for the next big chapter. Eris Morn was featured in one as she traversed a frozen landscape. The Drifter appeared in another, taking a ship and a flaming Gambit coin down onto what seems to be the same planet. Then there’s all the in-game hints about the ominous pyramid ships getting closer.

Of course, there will be other, more imminent announcements coming today. Bungie will also detail the next season, which was leaked on the PlayStation Store in Australia as “Season of Arrivals”. The season is purportedly going live later today with the weekly reset (along with update 2.9.0 which updates Trials of Osiris and raid rewards) so stay tuned.
