Destiny 2 Xur

Xur has returned to the Tower in Bungie’s Destiny 2, bringing new Exotics and Legendary weapons. He’ll be around until the weekly reset on Tuesday. This week’s Exotic weapon is The Colony, a Heavy grenade launcher that fires tracking rounds and automatically refills its magazine from reserves when stowed. It’s only 29 Legendary Shards and while not the best Heavy weapon, it can be fun.

Exotic armor this week includes the St0mp-EE5 (Hunter boots), ACD/0 Feedback Fence (Titan gloves), and Karnstein Armlets (Warlock gloves), each for 23 Legendary Shards. This week’s random roll for Hawkmoon includes Arrowhead Brake, Rangefinder and Heavy Grip but it’s the Dead Man’s Tale roll that’s especially nice. It offers Extended Barrel, High-Caliber Rounds, Vorpal Weapon and Hand-Laid Stock, making it the very best roll for PvE.

As for the Legendary armor, it’s the Season of the Splicer set with each piece costing 1000 Glimmer and 50 Legendary Shards. Check out the newest Legendary weapons on sale below:

  • Empty Vessel – Energy Grenade Launcher
  • Bad Omens – Heavy Rocket Launcher
  • Whispering Slab – Kinetic Combat Bow
  • The Fool’s Remedy – Energy Sidearm
  • Survivor’s Epitaph – Kinetic Hand Cannon
  • Friction Fire – Kinetic Submachine Gun
  • Toil and Trouble – Kinetic Shotgun Barrel
