Destiny: Vault of Glass, Crota’s End Related Content Not Coming in April Update

But hey, Prison of Elders, right?

Destiny_April Update

Hyped for the upcoming April update for Bungie’s Destiny which plans to increase the max Light level, add new gear and other assorted “PvE challenges”? You might want to temper your expectations because, unlike previously rumoured and heavily requested, Vault of Glass and Crota’s End will not be arriving.

This is according to community and marketing relations manager Eric “Urk” Obsborne who stated that, “No VoG/CE stuff coming for April. Please to be setting expectations accordingly!”

With the release of The Taken King, Bungie took to invalidating the raids, strikes and other Year One content that released prior. It wasn’t such a big deal at the time but with more special events taking the place of traditional DLC packs, there hasn’t been enough content for fans to fill the gap. Naturally fans requested for Year One raids to be brought forward since it would have provided lots of content with minimal fuss but that doesn’t seem to be happening.

At least there’s still the Prison of Elders though (as the teaser image for the April update revealed). Right? Anyone?
