Devil May Cry 5 (6)

Along with a new trailer for Resident Evil 2, Capcom finally showcased Dante in all of his glory for Devil May Cry 5. Check out the new trailer and screenshots below. Make sure to marvel at how series’ mainstays like Trish and Lady have evolved, thanks to the new RE Engine.

Dante seems to be his usual cocky self and can wield such bizarre weapons as a motorcycle that transforms into dual blades and back. There’s also what appears to be either Beowulf or Ifrit that he’s wielding, all brawler-like. We also get a peek at his Devil Trigger, which is perhaps the most demonic yet for the series. If that weren’t enough, we finally get a look at the third playable character “V” and honestly, his appearance only raises more questions.

It also seems like the sequel will feature 2 to 3 player online multiplayer, at least according to recent PlayStation Store listings. At this point, we’re curious just how big the game could turn out to be. It’s out on March 8th, 2019 for Xbox One, PS4, and PC.
