Dragon Age: The Veilguard is finally releasing this fall after a decade of anticipation for fans of BioWare’s fantasy RPG series, and though a specific release date for the long-awaited title has yet to be announced, the developer has assured that that will be changing soon.

After previously stating that the release date for Dragon Age: The Veilguard would be shared later this summer, BioWare has now officially confirmed that that information will be revealed in August. In addition to that, the studio will also be sharing new gameplay footage, as well as a roadmap on upcoming updates that we can expect to see for the RPG ahead of its release later this year.

Given the fact that EA has confirmed that Dragon Age: The Veilguard will be releasing in Q4 of this year, combined with its fall launch window, the game is likely to release at some point in October or November. Stay tuned for more updates in the coming days and weeks.

Whenever it releases, Dragon Age: The Veilguard will be available on PS5, Xbox Series X/S, and PC. It will also be Steam Deck Verified at release.
