DriveClub Release Pushed Back To September?

PS4 owners will have to wait for just a bit more if this report is anything to go by.

Amazon US has posted a listing of the game that says the racing simulator will release on September 30th this year, and they’ve also sent e-mails to pre-ordering customers (thanks, NeoGAF), telling them that their game will arrive at their addresses between Friday October 3 and Tuesday October 7 due to “a new release date” that has supposedly been supplied by Sony themselves.

DriveClub was originally scheduled to be a PS4 launch title, to be released back in November last year, but was then delayed by Sony to an early 2014 release date. Later, the devs said they had to go back to the drawing board with the game, so it’s conceivable that the game has been delayed one more.

Sony hasn’t, as of yet, commented on this supposed delay, but we’ll keep our ears and eyes open and let you know as soon as any information comes our way.
