Dying Light 2 May Be Announced at E3- Rumor

It will also potentially include an expanded Bad Blood mode.

With Dying Light recently officially having ended, there may be many who are wondering what is next for the franchise. Apparently, a sequel- according to Polish site Graczpospolita, a new game in the series has been in development for a while, and will be revealed at E3 this year.

Apparently, Techland is currently hard at work polishing up a “high quality trailer” to present it at E3, and they are also looking at expanding the battle royale style gameplay from the Bad Blood mode in the new game. The announcement of this game has been persistently delayed due to ongoing support for the original game and its DLC- however, now that Techland has moved on from the original, they can finally put the spotlight on its follow up.

All of this sounds pretty believable to me- but of course, it’s a rumor until confirmed officially, so make sure to take it with a healthy heaping of salt.
