Techland’s next big update for Dying Light 2 Stay Human, “Gut Feeling,” is out on April 20th. To showcase its content, the developer has announced a livestream at 11 AM PT on the same day. It will air on Techland’s Twitch channel.

The Gut Feeling update upgrades the combat physics and brutality, adds some quests related to Techland Gamers and Goodies, and finally introduces Gear Transmog. How exactly combat will change is still unknown, but it should hopefully provide a more visceral experience than the current game.

This update is far from the last for Dying Light 2 Stay Human, which will have years of post-launch support. In June, improvements to the parkour, a revamped nighttime experience and roaming Volatiles are planned. The game’s second paid DLC, which looks to take place outside of The City, is also releasing in late 2023. Stay tuned for more details, and check out our review of the base game here.
