Dying Light 2

In its final episode of Dying 2 Know, Techland provided a sneak peek at Dying Light 2 Stay Human running on previous-gen consoles. It’s now released a more extensive trailer which showcases the open world zombie title running on PS4, PS4 Pro, Xbox One and Xbox One X. Check it out below.

Compared to the PS5 and Xbox Series X (which support 4K and 60 FPS modes along with ray tracing), the previous-gen console versions offer 30 FPS and lower resolutions. Nevertheless, it’s a fairly big leap over the original game with much more detailed environments and effects, improved character models and much more. Expect more detailed analysis in the coming weeks after the game’s launch.

Dying Light 2 Stay Human releases on February 4th for Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, PS4, PS5 and PC. Preload and release timings for each region can be seen here, though it’s currently available to preload on Xbox platforms. For even more gameplay, check out “The Reason” trailer here.
