With the release of Codemasters’ F1 2018, their newest entry in their annual licensed franchise based on the popular motorsport, getting closer, the publisher has been sharing more and more new information and media about the game with us. Just last week, we got a new developer diary for the game which showed us how the handling of the cars and vehicles was modeled.
This week’s new video is far less technical- it’s basically a short trailer showing us gameplay footage from the title. We get to see the licensed tracks, licensed vehicles, licensed teams, sponsorships, and even drivers, in this short video- so if you had any doubts about how authentic the game may be when it does launch (although, why would you), this trailer should hopefully put them all to rest.
Codemasters has been on a roll- last year’s F1 2017 was another great entry in the franchise, and hopefully, F1 2018 will be equally as great. It launches August 24 on PS4, Xbox One, and PC.
