Fallout 76

The release of Fallout 76 is less than a couple of months away, and so far we’ve been able to learn quite a lot about the game, including about Team XP, sleeping bonuses, as well as about weapons, and trading– among many other things. Now, in some recent tweets, Pete Hines, VP of marketing and PR at Bethesda, has revealed more new details about camps, workshops, crates, and more.

First of all, one user questioned Hines what the point of workshops is if other players can just take over them at any point. To this, Hines responded by saying that workshops offer a good amount of resources, which is what makes them valuable in the first place. While workshops can be stolen by other players, though, Hines confirms that camps belong only to the player, and these cannot be claimed by other players. Players can store whatever they need to in crates, and these are completely safe from other players.

Hines also confirmed that an extra station will not be required to change your character’s appearance, and it won’t cost anything either. It can simply be done through an option in the menu. Finally, if you were wondering if the beta comes out early for the Tri-Centennial edition of the game, the answer is that it doesn’t, so the beta will begin at the same time for all players. A pre-beta, incidentally, might also end up happening.

You can check out the tweets below. Fallout 76 is set to release for the PC, PS4, and Xbox One on November 14.
