Bethesda’s Fallout 76 has had a very rough launch thanks to seemingly innumerable issues and bugs, along with some fundamentally questionable design. It also didn’t help when those who ordered the Power Armor Edition, which retailed for $200, contained a West Tek duffel bag made of nylon instead of the originally promised canvas material. The compensation of 500 Atoms in-game from Bethesda also didn’t impress fans.
However, it seems that the developer is looking to make good with its consumers. On Twitter, Bethesda Support stated that it was finalizing plans to manufacture replacement canvas bags for Power Armor Edition owners. It instructed players to head here and submit a ticket by January 31st 2019. Replacement bags will be sent out as soon as they’re ready.
Backlash over the base game from its community is one thing. However, Bethesda not delivering what it advertised with the Power Armor Edition was creeping dangerously close to illegal. Fortunately, it’s righting the ship and also working to improve the game with various quality of life updates (such as increased stash space, which is supposed to go live today).
