Final Fantasy 15

Even if you doubt Square Enix’s claims that Final Fantasy 15, in development since its initial announcement as Final Fantasy Versus 13 for the PS3, will be out this year, there appear to be rumours to substantiate the same.

According to sources that spoke to Gematsu, Final Fantasy 15 will be out on September 30th. This information was further confirmed by “three independent sources” which were deemed reliable so take that for what you will. Square Enix has already confirmed release date information for an event taking place on March 30th.

As of now, it’s important to take this with a grain of salt since delays can and do usually happen. Regardless, the fact that so many sources can confirm that this is the current release plan is interesting. We’ll have to wait and see how this all shakes out by March 30th.

Until then, check out some new artwork from the game which reveals previously unseen locations and the like.
