Fortnite Season 7

Epic Games’ seventh season for Fortnite is coming up today, and to get players appropriately hyped, it’s released a new cinematic trailer. There’s also a trailer showcasing the new Battle Pass items that players can acquire this time around. Check out both trailers below.

The cinematic trailer sees our loveable cast watching the Nutcracker on TV. However, a massive glacier suddenly shows up with Sgt. Winter on it. Before anyone can think that Santa Claus has arrived early, several planes fly into the picture and chaos ensues. Yes, there are now planes in Fortnite: Battle Royale, as if the mode wasn’t getting zany enough.

As for the Battle Pass, it brings more than 100 new cosmetics and two new progressive skins – Zenith and Lynx. These will evolve as you level up the Battle Pass. If you purchase the Battle Bundle, then a skin for Sgt. Winter is also available. Wraps are a new feature this time, and they effectively amount to skins for vehicles and weapons (which are again earned from the Battle Pass).

If that weren’t enough, Battle Pass owners will receive one week’s early access to Creative Mode before everyone else. What else does Epic Games have planned, especially with The Game Awards coming up? Stay tuned for more details.
