Gears of War 4 Trial Arrives on June 9th, Offers 10 Hours of Gameplay

Numerous rewards on offer for new players.

If you haven’t hopped aboard the Cole Train in Gears of War 4, then you’ll have a chance on June 9th. Xbox One and Windows 10 users will have access to a free 10 hour trial that features the campaign, Versus and Horde modes.

As with most trials, the 10 hour timer doesn’t start until the game is actually running. The trial will be available until June 15th and you can play as much of the game as possible in the allotted time.

Achievements, Cards and progress in the campaign will be available for players even after the trial ends. Furthermore, there will be rewards like characters, weapon skins and Horde skills to gain for new players as they level up. Hitting certain milestones will grant Trainee Packs; hitting level 10 grants a Second Wave COG Gear Pack and level 15 grants a Second Wave Swarm Pack.
