God Eater 3

After announcing that God Eater 3 would be out this December for Japanese audiences, Bandai Namco Entertainment has confirmed that the game will be heading to North America as well, in early 2019. It will be available for PS4 and PC via Steam.

If you haven’t seen it already, check out the new trailer below (with English subtitles). God Eater 3 takes place after the second game, with a devastating event causing Fenrir to be destroyed. The God Eaters are still fighting the good fight against the Aragami, but their control seems paper-thin at this point.

Along with dual-wielding, God Eater 3 will introduce new characters and new mechanics, like Engage, which buffs a teammate that fights in close proximity to you. You can expect new weapons and weapon types with the same hack and slash gameplay that made the previous titles so engaging.

God Eater 3 will be out on December 13th for Japan. Aside from its early 2019 release window for North America, we’re still waiting for more information (including details on the European release).
