Gran Turismo 7

Polyphony Digital has yet to provide an extensive list of tracks that will be in Gran Turismo 7 with an apparent promotional pamphlet promising 90 in total. It seems a given that Nurburgring will be included since it’s producer Kazunori Yamauchi’s favorite track. However, the official PlayStation Twitter recently confirmed that the Daytona International Speedway would be included.

Previously playable in Gran Turismo 5/5 Prologue and Gran Turismo 6, Daytona International Speedway has had two layouts till date – Daytona Superspeedway and Daytona Road Course. The former is perhaps most well-known due to being one of three oval tracks that actually exist in the series. This gives some hope that the Indianapolis Superspeedway and Twin Ring Motegi Super Speedway could also be included in the upcoming sequel.

Gran Turismo 7 is slated to release on March 4th for PS4 and PS5. A media event is rumored to be taking place this month for the title which should lead to many more details coming soon. Stay tuned in the meantime.
