If you think the cops are crazy, then clearly you haven’t loaded into a public instance with other players. Sometimes it can be peaceful, like a player offering a ride and dropping you into the ocean. Other times it can see players flying around in Savages, gunning you down from above. They’ll steal your car, send muggers and so on and so forth. It’s…an interesting experience to say the least but not one that everybody could love.
