Guilty Gear Strive – Early Access to Include All Game Modes and Characters

Good news for those picking up Guilty Gear Strive’s Deluxe or Ultimate Edition – they will now include access to all of the game’s content. This includes online multiplayer, all chapters in the Story mode and the complete launch roster as per Gematsu. Early access is still included so Deluxe and Ultimate Edition owners on consoles so they can start playing on June 8th.

Originally, the plan was to have all offline modes, Story Mode’s Prologue and only 13 characters playable (with Anji and I-NO being unavailable). You’ll need to download a patch on June 8th to access everything on PS4 and PS5 though. Along with three day early access, the Deluxe and Ultimate Edition include Season Pass 1 which adds five new characters, two new stages, “Another Story” for Story Mode and five more colors for each character.

Unfortunately, Steam players still won’t receive early access by purchasing the Digital Deluxe Edition. Guilty Gear Strive is slated to release on June 11th for PS4, PS5 and PC. Stay tuned for more details in the coming months.
