Halo Infinite

With a long-overdue campaign showcase, a new map being revealed, and the Battle Pass for its first multiplayer season being detailed, we’ve had a lot of new Halo Infinite information to dive into in recent days and weeks, and as the clock ticks down to its launch a month from new, we’re going to be getting a lot more of that. With Halo Infinite’s marketing now properly in gear, Microsoft and 343 Industries recently kicked off a series of UNSC Archives video explaining various parts of Halo lore.

In the previous video, they talked about the energy shield, and the recently release second trailer is all about the grappleshot. The grappleshot is, of course, the new grappling hook-style tool that is being introduced for the first time in Halo Infinite, and this trailer goes over its origins, and how a civilian engineer ended up creating a tool that, according to Microsoft, will “change Spartan 117’s arsenal forever.” Check it out below.

Halo Infinite launches on December 8 for Xbox Series X/S, Xbox One, and PC.
