A new major update for Helldivers 2 is due next week, taking players to Terminid Hive Worlds to snuff out the Gloom. However, that also means new weapons to play with. Cue the Dust Devils Premium Warbond, which goes live on September 4th for all platforms.
It adds three new weapons: the AR-2 Coyote, an incendiary ammo assault rifle; the S-11 Speargun, which unleashes gas clouds upon striking targets and surfaces; and the EAT-700 Expendable Napalm missile launcher. You also get the G-7 Pineapple, a cluster grenade, and MS-11 Solo Silo Stratagem with its targeting laser and Hellpod missile.
There are also two new armor sets – the DS-42 Federation’s Blade and the DS-191 Scorpion – which provide the Desert Stormer passive for more throw range. It also provides resistance to fire, gas, acid and arc damage. This is all in addition to the new capes, player cards, and other cosmetics.
