Horizon Forbidden West: Burning Shores is just a few days away from launch now, and yet, marketing for the expansion has been surprisingly subdued in the lead-up to its release. Even so, Guerrilla and Sony have offered tidbits of new information here and there, talking about the new Machine known as the Waterwing, some details regarding its story and setting, some of its technical upgrades, and more.

Now, a new gameplay clip has also been released, focusing primarily on combat. Roughly a minute long, it shows Aloy going up against a couple of Machines in a lush, volcanic environment, with a couple of new combat mechanics shown off, like being able to knock enemies down to render them temporarily immobile, which also seems to involve a QTE. Check it out below.

Recently, Sony also released a trailer focusing on the expansion’s pre-order bonuses. Check it out through here.

Horizon Forbidden West: Burning Shores is due out on April 19 exclusively for the PS5. Players will only be able to access it after finishing the base game’s main story.
