Sucker Punch Productions’ inFamous Second Son may not be a launch title anymore for the PlayStation 4 but it still holds a great amount of potential. We already know that there will be a new protagonist, Delsin Rowe, a Conduit who’s main power is the ability to absorb the abilities of other Conduits.

In a new update on PlayStation Europe’s Twitter, it has also been revealed that inFamous Second Son “is set in a different world, 7 years after the last conflict with the super humans.” This means that it will be taking place after the events of inFamous 2, which saw Cole McGrath take on the Beast.

inFamous Second Son will feature the same moral choices and conflicts as the previous games, and will allow Delsin to use his powers for good or unrelenting evil. Set in Seattle, Delsin’s main enemy will the government’s DUP forces in a police state-like environment. It will release in Q1 2014.
