Zombie co-op shooter Killing Floor 2 has gone gold…which is funny when you consider how long the game has been enjoyed during early access. The gold version of the game will finally be released for PC and PS4 next week.

Tripwire and Deep Silver have also announced that Steam Early Access sales have already passed one million units sold. This makes it one of the top selling titles to ever release on Early Access. Tripwire also revealed that community feedback has proven most invaluable for preparing for the full release.

Killing Floor 2 is out on November 18th for PS4 and PC. Along with a number of maps, weapons and playable characters, there will also be modes allowing players to take on the role of boss Zeds, thus wrecking havoc on the humans.

Killing Floor 2 is also due to receive PS4 Pro support via patch sometime in December. Will you be picking it up? Let us know in the comments below.
