Square-Enix has finally announced Kingdom Hearts HD 1.5 Remix will be heading to North American and European shores this fall for PlayStation 3. The game collects the Kingdom Hearts: Final Mix with Re:Chain of Memories and cutscenes from 358/2 Days to fill in the story gaps.
The entire collection has been redone in gorgeous HD, specifically for the PlayStation 3 and will feature a wealth of content for both new gamers and fans of the series. Final Mix, for instance, will put in a bunch of new weapons and enemies while updating the game to play more like Kingdom Hearts 2.
You’ll still run into the classic characters from Disney and Square-Enix including – but not limited to – Mickey Mouse, Cloud, Sephiroth, Aladdin, Hercules, Aeris and many more.
Kingdom Hearts HD 1.5 Remix will feature support for PSN Trophies as well. As of now, there’s no hard release date set but as the months roll on, and we see more of the game, the details will become available.
