Bonus episode, Mixtape Mode and outfit pack revealed.

Deck Nine Games’ Life is Strange: Before The Storm will see its first episode releasing this month and will take us back to a time where Max Caulfield was out of the picture, Chloe Price was in charge and things just keep getting worse. A new trailer has been released which showcases the bonus content that players can pick up by ordering the Deluxe Edition. Check it out below.

As if going through Chloe’s journey prior to reuniting with Max wasn’t torturous enough, there’s a bonus episode called “Farewell”. It centers around a younger Max Caulfield and judging by the name, sad things are afoot.

There’s also a new Mixtape Mode where players can create their own playlist using songs from the Life is Strange soundtrack to listen during cinematic scenes. Finally, there’s also an outfit pack for changing Chloe’s look. Three outfits – Punk Doe, Hawt Dawg Man and Illuminati – are included with it.

Life is Strange: Before The Storm – Episode 1 arrives on August 31st for Xbox One, PS4 and PC.
