From Lords of the Fallen 2 to The Lords of the Fallen and finally Lords of the Fallen – the long-awaited follow-up to CI Games’ Souls-like has finally gone gold. Developed by Hexworks, it launches on October 13th for Xbox Series X/S, PS5 and PC.
There have been several details and gameplay footage over the past few weeks, but even more is coming. The developer confirmed the Hexworks Dev Journals will start next week and answer your “burning questions” about the dark fantasy action RPG. Stay tuned for more until then.
Set in Mournstead, Lords of the Fallen stars a Dark Crusader. Following the defeat of Adyr, the demon god, players must fight to stop his resurrection. The journey encompasses two realms – Axiom, the Land of the Living, and Umbral, the Land of the Dead. An Umbral Lamp allows crossing over into Umbral to bypass obstacles and can even rip enemies’ souls from their bodies.
