Marvel Rivals - Fantastic Four

NetEase Games released the first trailer for Marvel Rivals Season 1, Eternal Night Falls. After Doctor Strange is waylaid by the Timestream Entanglement (the same phenomenon resulting in all the Marvel icons clashing), the Darkhold is scattered. And unfortunately, who should spread darkness to New York City but Dracula?

Though vampires befall the city, it’s not defenseless as the Fantastic Four rise to challenge them. We get brief looks at The Thing, The Invisible Woman, The Human Torch and Mr. Fantastic as they briefly demonstrate their powers, but there’s no gameplay yet. It’s also unknown if Dracula will play some kind of role beyond looking menacing (and potentially providing voiceovers).

Marvel Rivals Season 1 begins on January 10th, 1 AM PST, and lasts three months. The vampire-infested New York City seems to be the newest map, and fans can expect a full Luxury Battle Pass for $9.99. Stay tuned for more details on the cosmetics, including alternate outfits for the Fantastic Four members, alongside all the balance changes. You can also read our review of the game here.
