Marvel Rivals - Fantastic Four

Marvel Rivals is halfway through Season 1: Eternal Night Falls, and sure enough, NetEase Games has confirmed a date for the second half. It starts on February 21st and adds the remaining members of the Fantastic Four – The Thing and Human Torch. There will also be “major balance adjustments” that will “shake up the battlefield.”

Those who finish the first half at Gold rank or above in Ranked play will receive a free costume, while Grandmaster and above get a Crest of Honor. A rank reset will also affect all players, dropping them four divisions depending on their highest rank. Of course, there will be new costumes and Crests of Honor to earn with the second half of the season.

From Season 2 onwards, rank resets will cause a drop of six divisions, though the second half will maintain the four-division drop. Further details on the second half of Season 1 will be revealed soon, so stay tuned.

Marvel Rivals is available for Xbox Series X/S, PS5, and PC. Check out our review here.
