Sony’s remake of MediEvil is out later this month and though the graphical improvements are fairly snazzy, there’s a lot more to the game than just that. An earlier video in the “Bonehead’s Guide to Gallowmere” showcased how to properly use shields. The most recent video is more important as it details how to change the camera angle.

Dubbed the “Dan Cam”, it sets the camera behind Sir Dan in a third person view. This lets you hidden objects, aim better at enemies or simply move about easier. Whatever the overhead perspective can’t cure, the Dan Cam will likely suffice.

MediEvil is out on October 25th for PS4 and developed by Other Ocean Emeryville. Along with a wider aspect ratio and new background areas, the remake will also support 4K resolution. For a detailed comparison on how the PS4 remake stacks up the original PS One release, head here.
