Microsoft’s push for a better and stronger first party lineup over the last half a year has been an admirable one, and part of that push has been creating an entirely new studio from scratch, led by former Crystal Dynamics head Darrell Gallagher- The Initiative. The newly formed studio has been making a ton of impressive hires recently as it gears up to work on whatever project serves as its debut title.

From former Rockstar employees, to former Insomniac Games employees, many high-profile names have become attached with The Initiative recently. And now, we can add another name to the list. Victoria Miller, an eight year-veteran at PlayStation, who served as a producer and helped ship several major releases, has joined The Initiative, as per her LinkedIn page.

As per her LinkedIn page, the games she was involved with at Sony during her eight year tenure include the likes of LittleBigPlanet 3, Beyond: Two Souls, Until Dawn, Detroit: Become Human, No Man’s Sky, and many others. That’s a pretty impressive lineup, and she’s sure to be a key asset for The Initiative, and whatever it is that they’re working on.
