Capcom’s Monster Hunter World has ushered in a whole generation of new hunters. However, for those who want some old-school new action, Monster Hunter Generations Ultimate is finally available for the Nintendo Switch. Check out the launch trailer below.

Featuring the largest collection of monsters ever, Monster Hunter Generations Ultimate is the Western port of Monster Hunter XX. Along with the traditional 14 weapon types, it includes six Hunting Styles and different Hunter Arts for varied play-styles. It’s even possible to control a Felyne in Prowler mode and do battle this way. Those who played Monster Hunter Generations on the 3DS can also transfer their data over to Generations Ultimate on the Switch.

It’s also worth noting that the event quests for the game are all available from launch itself. If you run out of content, simply head to the “Download DLC” page and bask in all the additional content. Check out GamingBolt’s official review of Monster Hunter Generations Ultimate here.
