Moonlighter

Zelda-like dungeon crawler/item shop manager Moonlighter now has a more specific release window for Nintendo Switch, following its previous announcement. Publisher 11 bit Studios confirmed in a new trailer that it would be out in November 2018. Both retail and digital versions will be available for consumers to pick up.

Developer Digital Sun has been working on Moonlighter for several years following a successful crowd-funding campaign. The game focuses on Will, a shopkeeper and the protagonist of Moonlighter, who sets out to conquer the mysterious dungeons in his hometown. By delving into the dungeons, slaying creatures, and opening treasure chests, Will can find valuable items to sell at his shop. The gold obtained can then be used to expand the shop further or be spent on better equipment, weapons, and enchantments.

Moonlighter is currently available for PC, Xbox One, and PS4. Digital Sun has released a number of content updates since launch, including 100 new room patterns, changes to selling, and so on. It will also bring new items, events, and much more in the coming months.
