Need for Speed

As is the routine when Gamescom approaches, several publishers have begun to announce which games will be playable at on the show floor and which ones we can expect new footage. Since Electronic Arts will be holding its own press conference, it’s only natural to expect games like Mirror’s Edge Catalyst and now Ghost Games’ Need for Speed being available on the show floor. Like Catalyst, Need for Speed will also see the debut of new gameplay footage during EA’s presser.

The build playable by attendees will showcase the game’s customization features with five cars and a few playable events. All in all, it’s not bad for garnering a taste of what the full game will offer when it releases on November 3rd for Xbox One, PS4 and PC.

Look forward to EA’s press conference on August 5th at 9:30 AM CST/0:30 PM PDT/3:30 PM EST and stay tuned for updates on Gamescom throughout the week.
