Bandai Namco’s One Piece Odyssey, a turn-based RPG based on the hit manga/anime series, is now available for Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, PS4, PS5, and PC. It sees the Straw Hat Pirates accidentally stumbling on the island of Waford. After meeting mysterious residents Lim and Adio, they lose their abilities and must embark on a journey through old memories to get them back.

While exploring the world, each character has unique skills to progress. Luffy can grapple and soar across gaps while Zorro slices obstacles apart. The Scramble Area Battle system allows for choosing different areas to fight, while the Dramatic Scene system will provide special conditions that reward more EXP when fulfilled.

Those curious about the title can try the demo – it’s available for PS4, PS5, Xbox Series X/S, and Xbox One, and it lets you play the first two hours for free. Progress transfers over to the full game as well. Take note of the performance, though, as some stuttering was reported on PlayStation platforms.
